These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KOTABORNEO.MY, including the Minecraft server, in-game features, and digital goods sold through our store ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All items, ranks, perks, or benefits sold through our store are digital goods intended for use only within the server. You acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to modify, disable, revoke, or remove any purchased item, rank, or benefit at any time, with or without notice, and with or without providing a reason.
Revocation of digital goods does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
The server may undergo seasonal resets, world resets, data wipes, or balance changes. If purchased items are lost due to such events, you are not entitled to any refund. Replacement of items may be provided at our sole discretion (goodwill, not obligation).

The server may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Downtime does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
In the event the server is permanently shut down, all digital goods will be terminated. Users may not claim refunds, chargebacks, or compensation. All purchases are considered fully consumed digital services.
All purchases are voluntary. You have no ownership rights over server assets and may not claim, dispute, or demand compensation for digital goods once purchased.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the server, loss of digital goods, server downtime, or server resets/shutdown.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All players are required to comply with server rules, community guidelines, and staff decisions. We reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, suspend, or permanently ban any player and take enforcement action with or without prior notice.
Rule violations may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to the server, removal or revocation of digital goods, or account termination. Enforcement actions are final and are not subject to refund, compensation, or appeal unless explicitly stated by us.
We may enforce rules using in-game moderation tools, including IP-based bans.
If a player is banned or suspended, any unused or active digital goods may be revoked. No refunds or compensation will be provided. Bans do not pause, extend, or preserve purchased items.
Purchases are made at the player's own risk, subject to compliance with server rules.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute a completed payment, or reverse a transaction after delivery of digital goods may result in immediate and permanent ban, revocation of all digital goods, and blacklisting from future purchases. Chargebacks are considered a violation of these Terms.
By connecting to the server, creating an account, or making a purchase you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, you agree to be bound by them, and you accept that all digital goods are provided as-is.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
All actions taken by server staff, moderators, and administrators are considered final. Staff decisions are made in the interest of server stability and community management. Staff are not required to provide explanations for enforcement actions.
Disagreements with staff decisions do not entitle users to refunds, compensation, or reversal of actions. Abusive behavior toward staff may result in additional penalties, including permanent bans.
The server and all related services are provided for entertainment purposes only. The server is not a guaranteed or essential service. Progress, items, and access may change at any time.
Downtime, bugs, resets, or discontinuation are inherent risks. No reliance should be placed on the server for continuous availability or preservation of digital goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in class actions, group claims, or representative proceedings. Claims must be brought on an individual basis only.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, preservation of in-game data, or compatibility with future updates. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KOTABORNEO.MY, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or disputes with other players.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KOTABORNEO.MY regarding use of the Services. No verbal statements or informal communications shall override these Terms.
Failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision at any time.
